Dosa :

The Dosa or Dosay is a Southern Indian delicacy made from rice and black lentils. It is a typical South Indian dish, eaten for breakfast or dinner, and is rich in carbohydrates and protein. It is having huge popularity among food lovers.

 

Idli :

Idli is a savory cake, usually two to three inches in diameter and are made by steaming a batter consisting of fermented black lentils and rice. The fermentation process breaks down the starches so that they are more readily metabolized by the body.

Most often eaten at breakfast or as a snack, idlis are usually served in pairs with chutney, sambar, or other accompaniments.
 

Wada :

Wada or Vada is a savoury snack from South India, shaped like a doughnut and made from dal and lentil. It is a traditional South Indian food.

Vada can vary in size and shape, but are similar to the doughnut; however, the Indian vada is spicy rather than sweet.
 

Aloo Bonda :

Aloo Bonda is a popular South Indian dish. It served as chaat in parties, and the taste is mouth watering. Made from Potato as main ingredients, contains spice and a little hot in taste.

 

Upma :

Upma is a favorite breakfast food, served everywhere in India! Originally from South India, this tasty dish can be eaten for breakfast, brunch or as a snack and is so wholesome you can even make a meal of it! It is madeup of suji rava ( course wheat flour ) and mild in taste.
